Under the full support from the Ministry of Science and ICT, Korea, for next 7 years. ‘mm/THz-wave system radio research center (mTS-RRC, Director/PI: Prof Ho-Jin Song, co-PI: Prof. Wonbin Hong)’ has been established based on MADs group in POSTECH in August 2018. The mTS-RRC mainly deals with RF circuit design, packaging, antenna and future B5G/6G communications and radar applications operating in 30 – 300 GHz.
